Ein Vorwurf, der über die Jahre in der Luft war, war dass Phyllis die dokumente von Takata nicht frei zur Verfügung stellte. Sie würden helfen, Widersprüche zwichen "Story" und "Wahrheit" aufzudecken. Was die Reikiwelt nicht wusste ist, dass zum Einen Phyllis' Mutter Einfluss auf Phyllis hatte, bzw. dass die Dokumente in Mutters Besitz waren bis zu deren Tod 2012.
