The other thing that was interesting for me, was seeing how Reiki spread, e.g. in the Netherlands, the families – I learned this after I started going to the Netherlands to teach… So in my.. people in my age were born into families of often 10, 12, 15 children, right? So when they had family reunions there were like over 100 people there, I mean just the mother, the father, the kids and their kids, right, it’s kind of scary. And you can see this family structure in the families.. like if they moved more than 50 KM away from the parents‘ house, that was like a long way away in the Netherlands at that time. So when Reiki came there, one person in the family might, you know, happen to go to a Reiki class. And all of a sudden, you know, 50 of these people would want to go to a Reiki class. So Reiki spread rally fast in the Netherlands and I believe, that at one point was the most dense per square mile Reiki people, because the density of the population in the Netherlands and the density of how these families came to Reiki. So… and I saw the healing that happened in these families, that was really profound.

This one woman whose brother was this truck driver actually, he was bit of an alcoholic. You know, she finally … their family took Reiki and she became a Reiki Master herself and she said “You know, Reiki brought our brother back to us”. So moving.
